Aldvergrove Notary Public

Notary Public in Aldergrove!

Our second Notary Public office in Aldergrove is open!

Besides our main Notary office located in the Langley City (besides Costco), we have opened a second notary office in Aldergrove, since there are no other Notaries Public in this area.

The decision to open this Aldergrove office was made by our founding Notary Public, Lilian Cazacu, who also lives in Aldergrove and would like to serve the community where he lives and activates. Lilian is also acting as the Vice President of the Aldergrove Business Association, which helps him understand the residential and commercial needs of Aldergrove, while serving both – businesses and residents in Aldergrove.

Our Aldergrove Notary office is located at 26310 Fraser Hwy, Unit 800, in the Aldergrove Village plaza, which is inside Sabil Insurance office, besides TD Toronto Dominion Bank. Although we are not affiliated with Sabil Insurance office, they have been gracious enough to sublet us a small office in the back where we can meet our clients for various types of Notarizations, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Mortgage Refinances, Statutory declarations and Real Estate Transfers (Sales & Purchases). However, we mostly help the Aldergrove community with their Notarizations needs, by administering oaths and solemn affirmations in various Affidavits and Statutory Declarations.

Aldergrove Notary Appointments

Since we are mostly working out of our Langley office, our Aldergrove Notary office accepts clients on a “by appointment only” basis. Please call us at least a day or several hours in advance in order to secure an appointment with our Notary Public. Mostly, we accept early morning appointments or late-afternoon and evening appointments in Aldergrove. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, we can even accept appointments until 7:00 pm.

Please don’t hesitate to contact our Notary Public in Aldergrove for any of your notarial needs or click here to complete our intake form for any Real Estate or Wills & Estates needs.
